March 19th, Makeblock announced that it has just become the official robot supplier of RobotsMali, Mali’s National Collaborative Robotics Education Center. On the same day, under the auspices of the Malian Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (MESRS) and with the support of UNESCO, RobotsMali is inaugurated. The center is located at the University City of Kabala in the capital of Mali, Bamako.
Robot Education Solutions
As the national robot education center in Mali, RobotsMali will be equipped with the latest robot education equipment. It will provide robot education training for more than 3,000 students and teachers every year, focusing not only on robotics and programming, but also artificial intelligence, electronic, Internet, entrepreneurship, marketing, design and project management training.
The Center will support the development of Mali’s robotics events to help African students meet the challenges of national-level development. Lu Huiying, Ambassador of China to Mali, UNESCO Staff, officials of the Ministry of Education of Mali and local educators in Mali presented at the opening ceremony.
